In a shocking case in Ratlam's Lasudiya Nathi village, police have arrested a man for kidnapping and murdering a 10-month-old girl to coerce her mother into a sexual relationship. The incident occurred on August 17 when the accused, identified as Dashrath Katiyar, abducted the infant, Tanu, from her maternal grandfather's home. Katiyar admitted to the crime, revealing that he intended to force the child's mother into a sexual encounter. However, when the baby began crying, he suffocated her to silence her, leading to her death. Panicking, he disposed of the body in a well on his property. Police, aided by a sniffer dog, traced Katiyar to his sister's house in Mandsaur and later to Rajasthan, where he was arrested. Locals are now demanding the death penalty for the accused, while authorities plan to expedite the case in a fast-track court. Uttar Pradesh Shocker: Woman Forced To Have Sex With Mother-in-Law, Attacked With Blade When Denied Physical Relations in Agra; Case Registered.
