At Shahi Dastarkhan, officials found greasy walls, ceilings shedding particles, and live cockroach infestations in the kitchen. Expired items like Mango Masala, Coconut Milk, and Keora Water were discarded on the spot. Stagnant drain water caused by food waste further worsened conditions.
