The two leaders spoke on various topics, including the Pulwama attack and the situation in Jammu and Kashmir, Manipur violence and Adani, among others. The meeting, which took place on October 14, shows Satya Pal Malik blaming the government's lapses for the 2019 Pulwama attack. Sharing the candid conversation on social media, Rahul Gandhi wrote, "Will this conversation create a stir amid ED-CBI?" Besides Pulwama, Satya Pal Malik also spoke about the Adani issue with Rahul Gandhi. He told the Congress leader that the government failed to keep its promise on MSP as Adani built godowns and purchased crops at a price.
