Raghunandan Srinivas Kamath, the founder of one of India’s top ice cream brands, Naturals Ice Cream, has died at the age of 70. Known as the ‘Ice Cream Man of India’, Kamath breathed his last at Mumbai’s H N Reliance Foundation Hospital on the evening of May 17. Kamath, who hailed from a modest background, faced numerous struggles on his journey to establish one of the largest empires in the nation, valued at over Rs 400 crores.
