At least three people were dead, and two were injured in a firing incident between two parties over a land dispute in Punjab's Patiala. According to the reports, the dispute was over contract farming, and both parties used firearms. The deceased persons were identified as Dilbagh Singh and his son Jassi. Satvinder Singh of the other side was also killed in an altercation.
