The accused was booked by the Fatehgarh Sahib Police for allegedly kidnapping a 17-year-old girl and forcing her to marry him. In his defence, the accused told the court he was falsely implicated. He also said he was in a relationship with the girl, and they wanted to marry each other, but her family members were against it.
