In a shocking incident in Pune, a man who ordered paneer biryani allegedly found a chicken piece in his food. The man took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his ordeal. The man named Yash Gade said that he ordered paneer biryani from PK biryani house in Pune's Karve Nagar. "I found a chicken piece in it(I am a vegetarian)," his tweet read. Gade stated that he is a vegetarian, and was shocked to find a chicken piece in his paneer biryani. Gade also said that he got a refund from Zomato but further said that it was a sin as he is a religious person. "It has hurt my religious sentiments," Gade said. Responding to his tweet, Zomato's official support asked Gade to share his order ID so that they could solve the issue with restaurant partners. "We can understand how distressing it must've been for you. We take your dietary preferences very seriously and would never intend to disrespect them," Zomato Care wrote.
