The rap video, originally shared on Instagram by a user identified as 'Cringistaan', went viral across social media platforms, claiming to showcase the 17-year-old minor involved in the recent Pune accident. However, the mother of the accused has stepped forward to denounce the video as not of his son. The mother clarified, "I want to share with the media that the videos being circulated are not of my son. It is a fake video. My son is in the detention centre (observation home). I request the police commissioner to protect him."  The viral rap video, originally uploaded by an Instagram user with the handle 'Cringistaan', was widely shared with the false claim that it showed the minor boy on the day he was granted bail.
