President Droupadi Murmu offered prayers at the Vaishno Devi temple in Jammu and Kashmir's Katra on Thursday, October 12, according to officials. The latter also inaugurated a skywalk and the renovated Parvati Bhavan at the shrine atop Trikuta hills in Reasi district. The President, who is on a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir, was escorted to the shrine by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.
