In a first, Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud on Thursday announced the integration of the Supreme Court’s real-time case data with the National Judicial Data Grid (NJDG) portal. The integration would provide details of the pendency of cases and case types (civil or criminal), year-wise. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has lauded this step by the Apex court. "Laudatory step by the Supreme Court and CJI DY Chandrachud Ji.
