Nithari Killings: Prime Accused Surendra Koli, Co-Accused Moninder Pandher Acquitted in Multiple Cases by Allahabad High Court

The second accused, Moninder Singh Pandher, was also acquitted in two cases in which he was awarded the death penalty. Both Koli and Pandher are accused and co-accused in the infamous Nithari murders, which took place in Uttar Pradesh's Noida back in 2006.

In a major development in the Nithari Killings, the Allahabad High Court on Monday, October 16, acquitted prime accused Surendra Koli in 12 cases. As per Live Law, Surendra Koli has been acquitted in 12 cases in which he was awarded the death penalty by the trial court.
