The IMA Junior Doctors Network has also requested a re-examination "to ensure a fair and transparent evaluation process for all the students". The development comes after several ministers demanded a probe into the NEET "irregularities", thereby questioning the credibility of the results. The controversy erupted after sixty-seven candidates scored 720 marks out of 720 in the NEET exam, thereby achieving 100 per cent marks. After the results, a few students ended their lives over the NEET exam results confusion.
