Pre-monsoon showers brought much-needed respite from the scorching heat as it rained in Mumbai on Wednesday morning. Rejoiced netizens shared videos of Mumbai rains on social media platforms, particularly X, formarly Twitter. "Here it is, rains to calm us from the heated debates and election results. Take a chill, all is well," one user wrote. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the southwest monsoon has advanced further. It has reached Goa along the West Coast and Narsapur-Kakinada on the East Coast. There is no change on the eastern front, and the Northern Limit of monsoons continues to pass through Islampur.
