Prime Minister Narendra Modi today, October 5, inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various projects worth over INR 32,800 crores in Thane. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy CMs Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar were also present during the event. The Indian Prime Minister also inaugurated the BKC to Aarey JVLR section of Mumbai Metro Line 3 worth around INR 14,120 crores. Additionally, the Prime Minister laid the foundation stone of the Thane Integral Ring Metro Rail Project to be constructed at the cost of around INR12,200 crores.
