In a shocking incident, a 15-year-old girl was abducted and gang-raped in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut. Uttar Pradesh Police have registered a case and constituted 3 teams to nab the accused. Reportedly, the girl who had gone to her sewing class did not return home yesterday. Concerned family members began searching for her and discovered her in a nearby empty house, bleeding and unconscious. According to neighbours, a boy had initially brought the girl to the house, followed by several other boys. It is alleged that the girl was subjected to a brutal gang rape, leading to her losing consciousness. The perpetrators reportedly fled the scene, leaving the girl in a critical condition. Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav has slammed the state government and demanded justice for the victim. "The inaction of the government and administration in the matter of gang rape of a minor in Meerut is as reprehensible as the incident itself. There should be justice!," Yadav posted on X in Hindi.
