Charges under the National Security Act (NSA) have been brought against Manish Kashyap for the allegedly widespread distribution of bogus recordings depicting assaults on Bihari migrant labourers in Tamil Nadu.

Manish Kashyap, a YouTuber, had three false information reports filed against him in Tamil Nadu and Bihar for allegedly spreading false information through videos on his channel. The Supreme Court on Monday rejected his request to combine these three FIRs.
