IT department officials conducted a massive raid at a steel, cloth merchant’s premises in Maharashtra’s Jalna. According to officials, assets worth 100 crore has been attached in the raid. These raids took place at a builder in Aurangabad and the owner of a steel company in Jalna. In this raid, the Income Tax Department has recovered Rs 58 crore in cash and 32 kg of gold. It took the Income Tax Department 13 hours to count this cash.
