In a shocking incident on Lucknow’s Shaheed Path, a woman riding a scooter was harassed by a man on a bike, identified as Furkan, who inappropriately touched her. The incident, which occurred on Sunday night, was captured by a passerby on video and came to light on Tuesday after the woman lodged a complaint. Furkan, 30, a carpenter from Sairpur, was arrested near Sitapur, about 90 km from Lucknow. Additional DCP Rajesh Kumar Yadav confirmed Furkan is being brought to Lucknow. Police traced the bike, registered to Amrish Verma, who had lent it to a mechanic. Furkan took the bike without permission.
