A former HOD of the Neurosurgery Department at KGMU, Dr Ravi Dev, was attacked after a patient died during treatment. The incident occurred at Ignis Hospital in Gomti Nagar Extension, where the patient's relatives severely beat the doctor. The video of the incident that surfaced on July 24 captures a group of men physically assaulting the doctor.
