Multiple videos going viral on social media show cracks appearing in land in Rajasthan's Barmer. The development comes days after a farmland sunk 70 feet below the surface in Bikaner. According to reports, cracks up to two kilometres have reportedly appeared on land in Barmer. The cracks in the land shocked local residents and sent authorities on alert. Soon after the incident came to light, a geological team reached the spot and began an investigation. According to several news reports, the alleged incident of land cracks occurred in the Nagana area of Barmer district. It is said that the cracks appeared in a field owned by a farmer. Multiple photos and videos of the cracks in the land have gone viral online. It is also reported that there are oil and gas plants near the ground where the cracks appeared.
