The video of an e-rickshaw carrying more than 12 passengers, much more than its capacity, has surfaced on social media. The video from Kanpur’s Swaroop Nagar shows, the e-rickshaw completely loaded with passengers. Some people are even seen hanging outside the vehicle putting their lives at risk. The passengers were seated inside the rickshaw like goods in a vehicle.
