Authorities in Kannauj district demolished a barber's salon on Thursday morning after a video surfaced showing the barber using his saliva to massage a client. The barber, Yusuf, who is deaf and mute, recorded and shared the video on social media, causing widespread public outrage. The incident reportedly took place about 15 days before the video emerged on Wednesday. Following the video's release, the police registered a case and launched an investigation. They discovered that Yusuf was operating his kiosk illegally on government land. Consequently, with assistance from the tehsil administration, the police demolished the kiosk.
