A massive fire broke out onboard the Indian warship INS Brahmaputra on Sunday evening, July 21. According to reports, the incident occurred at the naval dockyard in Mumbai. It is learned that the warship suffered damage and experienced severe listing to one side. After all efforts, the INS Brahmaputra ship could not be brought to the upright position. As of now, the Indian Navy's warship is said to be lying on one side. Although the blaze has been brought under control, officials said that all efforts to upright the ship have failed. It is also reported that all personnel were saved; however, one sailor is still reported missing. Meanwhile, the Navy carried out sanitisation checks to assess residual risk of fire.
