Several X users, including journalist Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj, claimed that influencer Rajat Dalal allegedly knocked a biker on a busy highway while driving his SUV. The 1-minute 11-second video clip that surfaced online shows Rajat Dalal allegedly driving his SUV recklessly on a highway. The viral video shows a man alleged to be Dalal reportedly driving at over 140 kmph as he hits a biker and continues to drive. A woman who is seen sitting as a pillion next to him is heard advising him to drive carefully. However, Dalal is heard telling her, "Don’t worry." A few moments later, the social media influencer is seen hitting the biker as the woman is heard panicking and pleading, "Sir, he fell down, please don’t do this." Following which, Dalal tells the woman, "Wo gir gaya, koi baat nahi. Roz ka yahi kaam hai mera ma'am." (He fell down, it’s no big deal. It’s my daily routine). While few users claimed that the incident occurred in Delhi, Faridabad, and Gurugram, the Deputy Commissioner of Faridabad responded to Bhardwaj's tweet and said that the location of the incident was traced and is taking cognizance of the purported video.
