India's Discus Thrower Kamalpreet Kaur Banned for Three Years for Using Prohibited Substance
Kamalpreet Kaur has been banned for three years after having tested positive for Stanozolol, a banned anabolic steroid. “On 28 March 2022, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) accredited laboratory in Lausanne, Switzerland reported an Adverse Analytical Finding in the Sample for the presence of Stanozolol metabolites,” Athletics Integrity Unity in the statement said.
After being provisionally suspended following use of a banned anabolic steroid in May 2022, Discus Thrower Kamalpreet Kaur has now been handed three years ban. The ban will be in effect from March 29 2022.
