The Centre on Tuesday confirmed a clash between Indian and Chinese troops in the Tawang area near the LAC on December 9. And then, an undated video of a previous skirmish started going viral on social media. In the video, the Indian troops can be seen thrashing Chinese PLA soldiers who are trying to transgress. It shows the Chinese troops with spiked sticks, and shields trying to transgress into the LAC but their effort was thwarted by the Indian soldiers. However, the video has not been officially verified by the government. India-China Border Clash: 17 Opposition Parties Stage Walkout From Rajya Sabha Over Tawang Face-Off.
India-China Tawang Clash:
A trustworthy source confirms to me that above video of India-China clash is from Tawang Sector in Arunachal Pradesh. Date of clash is still unclear. Helmets reveal it’s a new video. Deployment also reveals it’s Tawang. Locals say China attempts incursion regularly since years.

Indian Army Repelling Chinese Forces:
According to ALL experts I’ve asked, this is Tawang sector sometime in 2021. Am I the only one who’s never seen this video before? Pretty nuts that such footage took its time come out. And there have been a lot of face-offs in the last couple of years.
