The bodies of two Indian Coast Guard (ICG) jawans were recovered from the Arabian Sea on Tuesday evening, following the emergency landing of an ICG Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) near Porbandar. The helicopter, carrying four aircrew members, was en route to evacuate an injured crew member from the motor tanker Hari Leela when it was forced to land at sea late Monday night. One crew member was rescued earlier, but Commandant Rakesh Kumar Rana remains missing. The cause of the emergency landing is under investigation, according to ICG officials. Search efforts for the missing Commandant are ongoing.
