Initial reports suggested that he was fleeing from a dog, but newly surfaced CCTV footage reveals a different narrative. The footage clearly shows the youth not being chased by the dog but rather pursuing it before he loses his footing and falls. The incident occurred in the jurisdiction of the Chandanagar Police Station within the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate. It remained unreported for over 24 hours until details emerged. The video shows a young man appearing agitated while following the dog.
