The Delhi High Court recently observed that a Look Out Circular (LOC) can’t be issued for every loan default. The High Court said that the issuance of a Look Out Circular (LOC) cannot be resorted to in each and every case of bank loan default. While observing that LOCs can't be issued for every loan default, the Delhi High Court stated that circumstances have to reveal a higher gravity and a larger impact of the loan default on the country for LOCs to be issued.
