The Allahabad High Court recently refused to order a DNA test of a child after a man, in his plea, sought the request to prove the adultery allegations he levelled against his wife. The man reportedly sought to prove the adultery allegations by demonstrating that the child was not his legitimate son. As per a report in Live Law, the child in question was born within nine months of the man's marriage with his wife, who is the respondent in the case.
