The Supreme Court on Monday refused to extend the interim bail granted on medical grounds to Jitendra Tyagi alias Wasim Rizvi in the hate speech case. Tyagi was held for allegedly making communal hate speeches at the Haridwar Dharam Sansad. The Supreme Court further asked Tyagi to surrender before September 2.
