In a viral video on social media, a group of youths were seen creating chaos by sneaking out of the window of a moving car in Uttar Pradesh's Hapur district on July 7. The viral clip shows the youth sneaking out of window and sunroof of the moving four-wheeler on a highway in Hapur. However, their stunt was caught by the traffic police, who penalised the car owner with an INR 14,000 fine. The incident occurred in the jurisdiction of the Pilkhua police station.
