In a viral video on social media, a group of youths were seen creating chaos by sneaking out of the window of a moving car in Uttar Pradesh's Hapur district on July 7. The viral clip shows the youth sneaking out of window and sunroof of the moving four-wheeler on a highway in Hapur. However, their stunt was caught by the traffic police, who penalised the car owner with an INR 14,000 fine.
