Gujarat: Toddler Falls Into 50-Feet Deep Borewell in Amreli, Rescue Operation Underway (Watch Video)

A one-and-a-half-year-old girl named Aarohi fell into a defunct open borewell in Suragpara village of Gujarat’s Amreli, on Friday afternoon. Trapped at a depth of 45-50 feet, the girl is able to breathe as rescue teams have started supplying oxygen into the borewell. The incident occurred while her parents, farm laborers, were working nearby. Fire brigade and 108 Ambulance were alerted, and a camera was lowered to monitor the situation.
