A major search and rescue operation is underway after a tractor-attached trolley overturned near Dhavana village in Morbi Gujarat early on August 26. Heavy rainfall caused a significant rise in water levels, leading to the accident. Morbi Collector KB Jhaveri reported that the intense water flow from the causeway led to the accident, leaving 17 individuals stranded. As of now, 10 people have been successfully rescued by the State Disaster Relief Force. The team continues to search for the remaining seven, with efforts focused on navigating the challenging conditions caused by the heavy rains.
