The 1993 Mumbai bomb blast terror convict Yakub Memon's body was buried in Bada Kabarastan in South Mumbai. Meanwhile, the pictures of beautification on Menon's grave emerged on social media. In the pictures, LED lights focusing on Memon's grave which has been beautified with white marble boundaries were seen. Amid this, BJP leader Ram Kadam has alleged that the beautification works were done during the tenure of Uddhav Thackeray as Maharashtra CM. While taking a dig at Thackeray, Kadam asked "Is this his love for Mumbai, patriotism?" BJP MLA has also demanded an apology from Sharad Pawar, Rahul Gandhi, and Thackeray.
