A video of firecrackers being set off from the roof of a moving car in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad is making rounds on social media. The incident is said to be of Wave City. The 24-second clip shows a hatchback car moving on an empty road as the firecrackers go off. A  similar incident was reported in Gurugram in which miscreants were caught on camera bursting firecrackers on top of a moving car.
