A shocking incident of ganja cultivation and sale has come to light from Uttar Pradesh's Greater Noida. The police recently arrested a boy named Rahul Chaudhary, who had allegedly started cultivating ganja at home in Panorama Society. It is reported that it took nearly 100 days to grow a ganja plant, and cost INR 6,000. However, police officials said that the same was sold in the market and on the dark web for upto INR 50,000. After the incident came to light, the police seized goods worth about INR 50 lakh. In an official statement, Greater Noida police said that Rahul Chaudhary had set up a plant to cultivate ganja at his flat using state-of-the-art techniques.
