Ganesh Chaturthi 2021: BMC Issues COVID-19 Guidelines Ahead of Ganeshotsav; 'Agaman' or 'Visarjan' Processions Not Allowed

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) appealed to Mumbaikars to follow COVID-19 guidleines during the Ganeshotsav 2021. "Agaman" and "Visarjan" processions are not allowed by the BMC.

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Thursday issued COVID-19 guidelines ahead of Ganesh Chaturthi 2021. "Agaman" and "visarjan" processions are not allowed during Ganeshotsav 2021. Only fiver organisers are allowed to present at a mandal at agiven time. The civic body appealed to people to follow COVID-19 protocols during the festive season.
