Seven people died and 25 others were seriously injured when a bus fell off the Agra-Lucknow Expressway in Etawah. The accident occurred last night near Channel number 129 after a double-decker bus traveling to Delhi from Raebareli collided with a car. Reports indicate that a speeding car heading to Lucknow from Agra crossed the road divider and hit the bus, causing it to lose control and fall 20 feet below the expressway. SSP Etawah Sanjay Kumar Verma confirmed, "A double-decker bus collided with a car at around 12:30 am. There were 60 people on the bus, out of which 4 died and about 20-25 were injured and admitted to the hospital. Three people in the car also died. A total of 7 people have died."
