During a hearing on the alleged rape and murder of a doctor in Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in the Supreme Court on Thursday, August 22, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta criticised senior advocate Kapil Sibal for allegedly laughing. "Somebody has lost their life, don't at least laugh," Mehta told Sibal when he allegedly laughed during the hearing. A video of the exchange of words between Mehta and Tushar is going viral.
