A disturbing incident has come to the fore from Jalgaon, Maharashtra, where an old man killed a stray dog. Allegedly, the man resorted to extreme animal cruelty after the dog tore the cover of his tractor's seat. The man tied a rope around the dog's neck and hung it from his vehicle to kill it. The locals were very upset about this and recorded the incident with their phones. The video showing this horrifying scene is now on the internet and has gone viral.
