In a disturbing incident in Madhya Pradesh, two sadhus from Uttar Pradesh were allegedly beaten in Dewas after people mistook them to be Rohingya Muslims. A video of the alleged incident surfaced online today, September 15. According to a few journalists who shared the news on X (formerly Twitter), the two sadhus from Uttar Pradesh had gone to beg in Madhya Pradesh's Dewas. They were identified as Rohit Jogi and Deepak Jogi. As per reports, the sadhus were allegedly beaten up by people in Dewas after they were mistaken to be Rohingya Muslims.
