Several parts of Delhi will face a 12-hour water supply disruption on Friday, September 20, due to repairs on a 500mm diameter Rising Main at Chandrawal Water Works. The shutdown will begin at 11:00 AM and affect water supply in areas such as Civil Lines, Hindu Rao Hospital, Kamla Nagar, Shakti Nagar, Karol Bagh, Paharganj, NDMC areas, Old and New Rajinder Nagar, Patel Nagar (East and West), Baljeet Nagar, Prem Nagar, Inderpuri, parts of the Cantonment, and parts of South Delhi. Residents are advised to store sufficient water in advance. The Delhi Jal Board is working to restore the supply as quickly as possible.
