On Friday evening, the national capital recieved light rainfall and thunderstorms, which caused the temperature in Delhi-NCR to decrease slightly, providing residents with some relief from the intense heat. Dust storms or thunderstorms with light to moderate rainfall and gusty winds were predicted by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) in the nearby parts of Delhi. According to IMD, the national capital recorded the lowest temperature of the season on Friday morning at 21.6 degrees Celsius, which is two degrees colder than the average temperature.
