Heavy rainfall lashed several parts of Delhi today, July 22, bringing sudden weather changes to the national capital. The heavy downpour also led to traffic disruptions and waterlogging in many parts, including the Nizamuddin area. Earlier, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a warning of light to moderate rainfall accompanied by light thunderstorms and lightning in isolated areas of Delhi-NCR, Yamunanagar, and Kurukshetra. Areas of Delhi-NCR that are expected to receive rainfall today include Seemapuri, Hindon AF station, Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Chhapraula, Noida, Dadro, Greater Noida, Gurugram and Manesar.
