Customs officials at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport intercepted a passenger arriving from Riyadh after profiling flagged suspicious behaviour. Upon inspection, officers recovered four gold bars weighing a total of 408 grams. Notably, two of the gold biscuits were hidden inside a milk powder box, an attempt to evade detection. The seized gold is now under investigation, and authorities are pursuing further inquiries in accordance with the Customs Act, 1962.
