The Delhi Court on Tuesday, April 30, denied bail to former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and AAP leader Manish Sisodia in the liquor policy case. Special judge Kaveri Baweja rejected Manish Sisodia's second bail pleas in both the ED and CBI cases. At present, the AAP leader is under judicial custody in both cases. It must be noted that Sisodia's bail pleas have been rejected by the trial court, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court.
