The air quality in Delhi worsened to the 'very poor category on Sunday, October 22, with the Air Quality Index (AQl) at 306, according to the data from the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR) India. In order to prevent further deterioration of air quality, the Commission for Air Quality Management sub-committee on Saturday decided to invoke the 11-point action plan as per Stage-II of revised GRAP in the entire National Capital Region. Delhi Air Pollution: Air Quality in National Capital Continues to Remain in 'Poor' Category With AQI of 266.
