In a shocking incident, a 40-year-old man was shot dead by unknown persons who opened fire on the victim outside his office at Vikas Tower, Jwala Heri Market in Paschim Vihar. "Empty bullet cartridges recovered, 9 teams incl special staff working on the case, investigation in progress," the Delhi police said.
